Welcome to
Dutch virtual maritime visit to Finland
Scandinavia shows almost enviable ambition when it comes to a green future for its maritime industry. The Scandinavian countries are, among other things, on top of the themes emission-free & autonomous sailing. This includes Finland, which aims to let the entire fleet sail without emissions by 2030. The Finnish government steers the ambition through financial support and also regulations.
Finland sees the Netherlands as a natural partner in the areas of zero emission, autonomous shipping and transformation from cruise vessels to superyachts. Marstrat together with Business Finland is organizing a virtual maritime delegation visit ot Finland on March 3, 2021 at 09:00 – 14:30 (CET) to boost cooperation between Finnish and Dutch companies as well as local partners.
In addition to seminar and workshops, 1:1 meetings are organized between the participants to facilitate more direct discussions.
1:1 meetings run parallel with the workshops at 10:40 - 14:00 (CET). Option to continue 1:1 session at 14:30 - 16:30 (CET).
